Terms of Service

Last updated: August 11, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Praxis website (praxisfleet.com) and the purchase of Praxis licenses from Cytech Labs, LLC ("Cytech Labs", "we", "us"). By using the website or purchasing a license, you agree to these terms.

The product

Praxis is self-hosted software. You download, install, and operate it in your own infrastructure. We do not host your deployment and are not responsible for its operation, availability, or the data it manages.

Release updates

Signing up for release updates is informational only: it creates no purchase obligation for you, and no guarantee of availability, timing, features, or pricing from us.

Free and paid use

Praxis may be used free of charge within the published free-tier limits. Paid access is governed by the applicable license terms and requires an active subscription or issued license. Paid features are unlocked by applying a license key to your self-hosted deployment.

Licenses

Purchases and billing

Checkout and billing are handled by our reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com. Prices, editions, and entitlements are as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Purchase and license key delivery may require internet access; after delivery, license validation is performed locally by the software.

Founding pricing. From time to time we may offer founding pricing during a product launch. Founding pricing is offered for a limited time and may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice. If you subscribe while founding pricing is in effect, you keep your founding rate for as long as your subscription remains active and continuous; if your subscription lapses, is cancelled, or otherwise ends, founding pricing no longer applies and any renewal or new subscription will be billed at the then-current standard price.

Acceptable use

You may not use the website or the software for unlawful purposes, or attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to systems that are not yours.

Disclaimer and liability

The website and software are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Praxis performs privileged operations on your servers; you are responsible for reviewing and approving changes to your own infrastructure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of these terms or your use of the software is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
